All POMTIQUE custom jewelry comes with a 90-day craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery, covering:

- Broken clasps or chains due to defective construction
- Engraving errors or fading (within warranty period)
Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, improper care, or modifications by third parties.
Repair Services
We offer the following repair services for a fee after the warranty period:

- Chain Repair: Fix broken or damaged chains
- Clasp Replacement: Replace worn or broken clasps

How to Request Repair Service
