Happy with the preview? Simply reply to confirm and we'll start crafting your piece right away. -
Handcrafted with Care (~7–10 Business Days)
Every piece is individually made by our artisans with meticulous attention to detail. -
Final Photo Confirmation Before Shipping
Once complete, we'll send you photos of the finished piece for your final approval. Only after you confirm do we ship — worldwide, free of charge. 🌍
↩️ Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you cancel after receiving your design preview, a 20% design fee will be retained and the remaining 80% will be refunded. Once production begins, as each piece is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding.
