   Our artisans will create a personalized design drawing and send it to your email for review. Production begins only after your approval.
3. Approve & We Begin Crafting
   Happy with the design? Simply reply to confirm and we'll start handcrafting your piece right away.
4. Handcrafted with Care (~10 Business Days)
   Every piece is made with meticulous attention to detail by our skilled craftspeople.
5. Final Photo Confirmation Before Shipping
   Once complete, we'll email you photos of the finished piece for your final approval. Only after you confirm do we ship — worldwide, free of charge. 🌍

Fixed price of $200 — regardless of design complexity. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Duties & taxes included — what you pay is what you get, delivered to your door.

↩️ Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If you cancel after receiving your design preview, a 20% design fee will be retained and the remaining 80% will be refunded. Once production begins, as each piece is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding.
