We'll create an AI-generated preview of your sculpture and send it to your email for review. Production begins only after your approval. -
Approve & We Begin Crafting (~2–3 Weeks)
Happy with the preview? Simply reply to confirm and we'll start hand-carving right away. -
Final Photo Confirmation Before Shipping
Once complete, we'll email you photos of the finished piece for your final approval. Only after you confirm do we ship — worldwide, free of charge. 🌍
⚠️ A Note on Likeness:
- Design: We strictly follow the approved AI preview in terms of style and pose.
- Craftsmanship: This is a 100% hand-carved piece — not machine 3D-printed.
- Result: Please expect approximately 90% similarity to the preview. The remaining 10% is the unique "handcrafted character" — natural wood grain, carving strokes, and subtle color variation. These differences are what give each sculpture its one-of-a-kind artistic value.

↩️ Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If you cancel after receiving your design preview, a 20% design fee will be retained and the remaining 80% will be refunded. Once production begins, as each piece is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding.
